An AmLaw 50 law firm is looking to add a mid- to senior-level associate to its Private Companies team in Seattle.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be advising venture-backed and growth-stage companies throughout their lifecycle—from formation through financing and liquidity events. The work includes handling venture capital financings, general corporate matters, and supporting companies as they scale.
You’ll also work closely with investors and founders, giving you strong exposure to the broader startup and venture ecosystem.
