Job Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18.00/HR+ based on experience
Duties:
Assist with on-site cleanup and restoration services for water, fire, mold, sewer, and trauma-related damage
Set up and transport equipment from trucks to job sites, ensuring safe and efficient operation
Perform water mitigation tasks including water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
Help with demolition and debris removal such as tearing out drywall and removing damaged materials
Clean and sanitize affected areas, including washing walls and surfaces
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response
Qualifications:
No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Industry certifications are a plus and may qualify for higher starting pay
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential
