Job Description

• Responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies and equipment dispensed by the department following established infection control practices.
• Must be conscientious with regard to procedures and capable of working under pressure and interacting professionally with other departments within the hospital.
• Able to accept new ideas and learn position duties.

Duties may include:

• Assignment to the Operating Room to assist in room turnover, picking surgical supplies / instruments for surgical cases.
• Must be able to work with blood and bio-burden.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving holiday, including Friday and weekend after and the Christmas Eve to New Year Day block (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during this holiday will not be approved. Thanks!

Requirement description :

• 4+ years or more current experience - Required
