Spring-Klein Physical Therapy was established in 2006. We are in the heart of Spring, giving easy access to residents living in Spring, Klein and the back of The Woodlands. Our physical therapists provide individualized treatment with hands-on, compassionate care. Our personalized approach ensures patient comprehension and enhances proper treatment progression to secure the best possible outcome for our patients.

We are seeking a motivated and personable Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support both front office operations and clinical care, playing an essential part in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement: Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive
• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment areas, organize equipment, and assist physical therapists with patient setup and positioning during sessions
• Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment to promote patient safety and comfort
• Administrative Assistance: Support front office operations, including scheduling coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks
• Team Collaboration: Adapt between front desk and clinical responsibilities, working closely with team members to ensure seamless clinic operations

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in physical therapy, healthcare, or a related clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing administrative tasks and maintaining clinical areas
• Ability to multitask and transition flexibly between front desk and clinical responsibilities
• Physical capability to assist with patient positioning and equipment handling as needed
• Reliability and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
